Apr 21 diet? ohhm… no?! A diet is no use. You stop eating, lose weight, collapse, start eating again - even when it’s just a little - and you gain weight! Yo-yo dieting! … therefor I’m not even thinking of starting a diet or rather stop eating. I decided to do some sports! I’ll start tomorrow in the morning. I’m going to bed now, catch some hours of sleep. Tomorrow in the morning I’m going to wake up well-rested and ready to do some jogging! I’m motivated! Good Night!
